Whether you find a yoga studio near you, watch a guided workout on Amazon Prime (paid link), or even get a yoga app on your phone, I would highly recommend giving yoga a shot!

It is great for your muscles, your breathing, and your mind!

My favorite quote is, “I do yoga to burn off the crazy.” After doing yoga, I feel much calmer and a little saner!
